CEO
With a lifetime spent around yacht building, Henning brings deep industry knowledge and a hands-on approach to his role as CEO of Dörries Yachts. Combining technical understanding with a strong commercial focus, he leads the company with an emphasis on quality, flexibility and building lasting relationships with owners and their teams.
Grace Buley
Director of PR & Marketing
Grace leads the marketing and communications for Dörries Yachts, bringing the shipyard, its projects and its people to a global audience. With extensive experience within the superyacht industry, she combines industry knowledge with a creative, personal approach, helping to ensure the Dörries name and personality are reflected in everything we do.
Werner Dörries
Managing Director
As Managing Director and founder of Dörries Yachts, Werner brings decades of engineering expertise and yacht-building experience to the company. His technical knowledge, attention to detail and commitment to finding practical solutions have helped shape Dörries Yachts into the shipyard it is today, while his personal approach remains at the heart of the family business.
